Veiligheidsschoenen moeten voldoen aan de eisen van de Europese richtlijnen met betrekking tot persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen. De volgende labels met veiligheidsklasse zijn beschikbaar voor producten die zijn gefabriceerd volgens de bovenstaande richtlijnen en Europese normen CE EN 20345: 2011.
